What This Site Is
HousePaintNear is a free referral service for residential house painting. We connect callers with independent local providers. We do not paint houses. We do not send our own crews. We do not manage painting jobs.
General Information Only
The information on this site is general information only. It is not professional advice. It is not legal advice, and it is not advice about a specific home, surface, or job.
Painting needs vary by home, surface, condition, and local rules. Ask the provider about your specific project. If you need professional advice, speak with a qualified professional in your area.
Work Is Agreed Directly With the Provider
Any painting work is agreed directly between you and the independent provider. The provider handles the estimate, the schedule, and the painting work directly with you.
You decide whether to accept a quote. You are not required to hire any provider we connect you with. Review the written quote, the scope, and the terms before you agree to any work.
What We Are Not Responsible For
We are not responsible for a provider's work, pricing, or licensing. We do not supervise painting work. We do not promise a result, a finish, or a timeline for a job.
The independent provider is responsible for their own work, pricing, and licensing. Ask the provider directly about their credentials, insurance, and business practices before you hire them.
Privacy
For how we handle information, see our Privacy Policy. That policy explains what we collect, what we share with a provider to respond to your request, and how you can ask about your data.
